The Snow Foundation have been running projects in NT remote communities to help tackle the scourge of Rheumatic Heart Disease.

The Foundation turned to Collins Gartrell to design a campaign to raise awareness and place pressure on Canberra for a better funding deal to fight the disease. This included placement of hard hitting messages around Canberra Airport.
